All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, data, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, and software — is the property of Scorez Digital Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

  • Download or copy content for commercial purposes;
  • Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content;
  • Use data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools;
  • Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without our written consent.

4.2 Match Data and Statistics

All match data, statistics, and league table information provided on the Platform are sourced under licence from authorised data providers. Any reproduction or redistribution of this data without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Trademarks

"ScoreZ" and related logos and marks are trademarks of Scorez Digital Limited. All third-party trademarks, club badges, competition logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark without the prior written consent of its owner.

5. User-Generated Content

If the Platform allows you to post, upload, or submit content (including comments, tips, or other materials) ("User Content"), you:

  • Retain ownership of your User Content.
  • Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.
  • Represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, is not defamatory, and complies with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
